There's been talk about how the modern GOP has turned into the party who doesn't believe in science and today they took another big step towards it. The Trump administration is meandering that the EPA vets all their scientific work through a political committee which would make you feel a lot more comfortable if it was in the reverse. Why people who run our country would ever dismiss hard science is beyond me but here we are, a country whose leader probably doesn't know an amoeba from an alligator and a party happy to play along.
