The act hasn't shocking, these are sycophants who seem to only get their own self worth from occasional shoutouts from Trump and they realize that when he's gone they will have to stand on their own two feet which must be scary when they've been getting pulled on his coattails.
The best thing is that there is no way Trump knows any of these idiots and in three months will have no interest in campaigning for them.
So they sell their souls to the devil only for the pleasure of being in his sphere for a minute more. He's like heroin
