Elon Musk is at that point in his life where he just doesn't care. He's got this horrible haircut which makes his puffy face look even fatter and his eyes even bulgier. I'm not sure what his appeal now is but when you look kind of like a sponge it might be to hit the gym and run about a marathon on the treadmill
