Take on the cargo ship

Every once in a while as I'm driving on the Merritt Parkway, some box car will get caught under an overpass. There are signs everywhere with the height limit and each time it happens you wonder if the driver just doesn't read.

Today's bridge accident reminds you of that, except this one was more tragic

But it does beg the question, maybe we should be giving an aptitude test along with a basic math test for number recognition before handing out cargo captain licenses.
