Maybe it wasn't bat after all, maybe it wasn't rats either but the newest theory is that some animal named a raccoon dog was the carrier of Covid which spread in that Wuhan wet market. I have no idea what a raccoon dog is but I have a pretty hard rule which is don't eat dogs….or raccoons. I don't quite know why anybody would see this thing as a delicacy but even if it didn't cause Covid, the thing is wretched looking.
