The Aaron Rodgers sweepstakes seems to keep picking up steam and at this point everybody expects him to be a Jet by the end of the week. Of course he's not half the quarterback he once was and he's a decade away from his last really deep playoff push. He's also going to cost the Jets a fortune in draft compensation and another fortune in cap space

But screw it, the Jets are 12 years from a playoff appearance. Time to have that end.
