There really is no weirder looking person than Rick Scott. I'm not quite sure what it is but he's always looked a bit off, like he's got a head that doesn't quite attach to his body and a smile like he just ripped ass.
He's Bernard McGuirk without the funny charming side and instead is just a total conman but somehow people don't totally despise him which is the most shocking thing
