We can all come up with our theories but the one I'm going with is ‪these "homeopathic" options like ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine are planted by secrete operatives with the goal of mass genocide of the stupid and unneutered. ‬.

Basically somebody has figured out that these Trump supporters will buy just about anything. I mean if you believe he's a moral god fearing man who has your best interest at heart, you can probably be convinced to eat horse dewormer.
