We never felt the Colorado ruling to keep Trump off of the ballot would stand up to the rigor of a Supreme Court lawsuit. The 14th amendment mentions almost every office except for president and the idea he falls under the "officer" role was never going to fly with these constitutionalists. I think the best argument against Trump being allowed on the ballot is that we know he won't accept the results regardless and will likely start another uprising.
