He called Ted's wife ugly, he called Ronnie untrustworthy and he's now asked why Nikki's husband isn't joining her on the campaign trail. I'm not Hally apologist but the fact her husband is serving overseas and getting mocked by captain bone spur is a bit rich. Time to shut this load of blubber down.
