Another day, another Putin critic mysteriously falls out of a window. It's been one of those years that having power in Moscow and not being in full lockstep with the Kremlin means that you should not get too close to an open door or window and definitely don't drink anything handed to you by a guy named Boris. But this doesn't resonate here anymore, there is no uproar or anger, just basic indifference because we all assume these guys have a death wish.
