Phil Murphy underwhelmed last Tuesday but even an amateur political forecaster never thought this was in doubt. Yes, Jack took an early lead but when you see the outstanding votes, it was obvious it would break Murphy's way and now with 95% of the vote counted he's up by 65,000 votes which is like 2.6%. Of course a 10%+ would have been better for him but it honestly wasn't that close.
