Take on Kim Jong Un’s health

Trump gave us a health assessment on Jim Jong Un declaring that he's in good health. I'm not sure why the health of a dictator is more important than say the health of 200,000 Americans especially in the eve of 9/11 but this is Trump
He doesn't see anything wrong with wishing Kim well or kissing Putin's ass but god forbid Merkel farts in his direction.
