Take on the second wave

States haven't taken the coronavirus pandemic seriously enough and Texas is front and center in this case. Whereas NY and NJ took this thing head on, places like Texas and Florida figured their warm weather and dumb citizens would be able to outrun the virus
We know that yuu can't possibly outrun it as it can take control of just about every part of a state's livelihood. In our state although the cases have virtually dwindled to nothing, I'm afraid that the second surge Is around the corner as we all get complacent when we have no leadership
