Take on Phase 2

It was certainly a difficult three months but as NYC stepped into Phase2 of reopening, we are all trying to navigate what normal is. NYC's transmission rate is incredibly low, mostly because we know how easily this thing is to transmit and because most people here wear masks
We're not sure how long it will take but this city needs tourists, restaurants, Broadway and all the rest of it, so opening up is a total necessity. We just have to stay vigilant and not move so quickly that we throw all the hard work away

But we will likely screw it up as we have all started to bring our guard down but I just 10 deaths is amazing considering we were peaking at 800+

Sadly a lot of the country didn't heed the warnings and are likely in for some real distress
