There really is no more whiny tool than Steve Mnuchin who has spent more time in a middle school locker than anybody this side of Jeb! Today he was in a congressional hearing and tried to mansplain his way out of Maxine Water's committee and she wasn't having any of it. He blamed it on an important meeting which likely meant he needed to run one out in the boys room. He has been one of the most damaging Treasury Secretaries in history but his cuckoldness is how he'll always be remembered by us.
