Take on the tweeter in chief

Trump seems to be losing it having tweeted nearly 100 times since the weekend even while we've had nice golf weather here on the east coast

Yesterday he complained that he had not called Bob Costa but was just returning his call. I'm not quite sure how that proves he didn't call him being that returning a call is by definition calling somebody

But the biggest issue is that maybe Trump thought he was calling Bob Costas
