I walked into some ridiculously popular pastry place today in Soho, in one of those places where people literally stand in a line outside in the pouring rain just so they can get a cronut. It takes 10 minutes to get inside and another 15 to get to the part where you can actually see this items and as I'm staring aimlessly waiting to order when I look at the "macarons" which sort of throws me off but within seconds I'm hyperventilating. I'm not expecting a college degree from my baker but…come on man!!
