Take on the Russian banning of 963 Americans and the non naming of one

Russia has banned 963 Americans as retaliation for the US' not so covert support of the Ukrainians. The story isn't this but instead leads to the next level which is not who is on the list along with Biden and Harris. The question is who is not on the the list and The Orange Orangutan is the most visible omission.

Maybe Putin forgot, maybe he didn't make the cut or maybe he's a Russian spy.
