Trump's tariff policy continue to baffle the mind. When he went after Apple today for rerouting their overseas manufacturing from China to India to avoid the Chinese tariffs, Trump threatened tariffs because he wants us to start assembling these things. Obviously that's a non starter but more than that, how the hell can you tariff a single company?? Republican complain that government should the picking winners and losers but this seems like an obvious attempt to put a thumb on the scale.
