Andrew Cuomo just won't go away. Not only can he not take a hint when somebody tells him that they are not interested. His filthy hands now are costing this state $450k. I always find that when a state or municipality has to pay out for the transgressions of an executive particularly awful, because it's just the residents who pay it. Like what did anybody in the state of New York do wrong that they are now on the hook for a half a million dollars.
