we all know Kristi Noem is dumb as a Barbie but the fact she likes to dress up like one really takes the cake. Every time you see this woman she's cosplaying some other type of what she thinks are "real Americans" when in fact she looks like she's just cautioning to do the YMCA She thinks she's representing you when in fact she looks like she should be asking you if you want a second song.
