The Trump shooting showed us everything that is wrong with our country and the political discourse. There is no place for this first and foremost and although this blog hates Trump with all our being, this is the last thing we needed. Not only is this everything that is wrong with politics, if you take it in a vacuum we this will harden his supporters, may embolden some sicko to do the same to Biden and will be used as a rally cry for many. They will immediately turn this into a campaign slogan. "Knocked down and got back up again". On top of that the gunman will definitely be portrayed as an agent for the left who tried to finish the job the Biden justice department could do…although I do guess the president would get immunity
