Having grown men play professional football on turf in 2026 when the NfL is raking in billions is ludicrous. I get it for a high school with a limited budget and much less impactful tackles but for NFL players coming off the line like a missile, it's suicidal. Add to that the fact the turf gets scorching hot and the cost of grass seems like the least these greedy owners could do to protect their product.
