The choice of food in China is always a bit odd and the language barrier doesn't help but when I was offered what I believe is penguin yesterday, I wasn't sure what the heck to do. You don't want to insult anybody but the idea of eating an animal with the personality of a penguin is just not exactly appetizing. It could very well have been another bird but at that point it was just too late.
