The quick replays have been a major improvement, the no covering your mouth so you don't spew racist crap is excessive even if it's needed, the hydration break are a total money grab but all in all the World Cup has been better. But I'm not into this third tier thing, the knockout rounds are already a gauntlet but to add another one to it seems like even more of a financial decision than a football one. Go back to 32 and be done with it.
