I've never had a Celsius energy drink but I'd have to hope that I could tell it was infused with vodka if I cracked one open after coming out of the gym. I also have never had a High Noon so maybe I have absolutely no idea because both seem like the thing a 25 year old girl. - or a 16 year old boy/ drinks to look cool in front of their friends.
