The biggest shock about Eric Adams getting indicted is that it wasn't shocking. The writing was on the wall for days or weeks, we knew he wasn't going to get steer clear of this as it had already wrapped up a half a dozen of his closest allies. But what bothers me is that this will likely mean we get some Bazooka Joe as our next mayor and that never works out.
