Take on Mitch

Mitch McConnell showed up at the White House today wearing a tan suit which the right wing media has already told us is equivalent to him bombing a small village.
I have no idea what prompted one of the palest humans to put on a tan suit but he looks like a complete and utter turd which is likely the look he's going to because otherwise he might get confused for a plantation owner

Take on the Chris Wallace interview

Joe Biden's digital team can take a month off because instead of coming up with content, they should just replay the Chris Wallace interview. There have to be 10 good clips of Trump coming across as a total lunatic. He's one of the most mind numbingly dumb people who has ever walked the fine earth. We are sure that I'm ten years, we will try to pretend this four years didn't happened. Sadly the rest of the world won't allow us to pretend that

Take of RBG

It's time to get serious, if there was ever a need for Joltin Joe Biden to make sure he crossed the finish line first, it's to make sure that he's going to be able to nominate Merrick Garland.
RGB might already pulling Weekend at Bernie's and even if she isn't, it seems every month if so she's only got a couple of weeks left. We need to make sure we keep her alive and well till November, maybe even January, to make sure her legacy won't be erased.

Take on water efficiency

Trump went on one of his tirades against shower heads which seems like an odd thing to focus on when you have nearly 140k dead Americans. But this is Trump, trying to turn the conversation from an awful response to a global pandemic to water efficiency toilets.
He hates water efficiency because it can possibly safe the planet which would go against his goal of destroying it.

As I've often said, had Trump run for the town water board council, there is no doubt in my mind he'd be embezzling money.

Wednesday, July 15, 2020

Take on the CDC data

Hospital data will be sent to the White House before sent to the CDC in what is an obvious attempt to tey to subvert oversight. You can guarantee that Trump will Re-submit the data to the CDC with a bunch of sharpie correction. This is how democracies and free societies fall, by giving in to a maniacal tyrant who needs to control his message. There will be no quality check, no second at of eyes, just a revised version of the truth to make the president look as good as possible. This is some Kim Jong Un level stuff

It was a nice run USA, we're going right down the path of the USSR

Tuesday, July 14, 2020

Take on the Jeff Sessions loss in the Alabama GOP Senate runoff

Trump finally picked a winner..mostly by picking on a loser. Nobody gave Trump more of a boost in the run-up to 2016 than sessions and Trump kept his loyalty to Sessions for just long enough for Sessions to actually make a moral decision as AG
Trump will now tout the virtues of Tommy Tuberville who he would otherwise not be caught dead with.l as he gets ready to run against Doug Jones. I don't see Jones holding this off mostly because Tuberville is a football coach and Jones is a democrat and we know how Alabama feels about football and how they feel about Democrats. But the rest of the 2020 map is looking more winnable for the Democrats, a total ass whooping of Trump would be music to my ears.

Monday, July 13, 2020

Take on the attack on science

The White House has decided the best way to go on the offensive now is to attack scientists, doctors and facts as so brilliantly pointed out by the CNN chyron earlier today

It's incredible that the war they choose to fight isn't against Russia for putting bounties in our troops, not against a full court press to stop Covid in its tracks but the best fight we decide to engage in is one against science

There was an enlightened age, this will go down as the second dark ages.

Sunday, July 12, 2020

Take on Betsy

The Trump cabinet is littered with incompetence and cronyism but there might not be a more damaging member than Betsy DeVos. First of all, she looks like a cross between Suze Orman and a skunked Barbie but that's is maybe the best thing about her. The rest of her is a miserable self gratifying, voucher loving wench and her loyalty to the almighty dollar and the almighty midnight snack loving leader.

Can't wait for Biden to fire her and rio her in a melting kettle Of lava.

Saturday, July 11, 2020

Take on Trump Vader

Trump wore a mask today and the internet lost its lunch. The campaign tweeted out multiple pictures trying to convince Trump he looked cool, a video of him slowly walking down the hallway was plastered all over the internet sent out for the world to see
This was like watching Hamilton on Disney+ and brining it up in every conversation, the rest of the world's been doing it for months and you are late to the party.
The difference ce is that Hamilton tickets are $1500 and a mask is like $5 And had Trump and his cronies not politicized it, we'd have many more not-dead Americans.

The video showed him wearing the mask correctly, the subsequent pictures showed him wearing it like a hip-hop kid wears jeans.

Take on Roger Stone

The guy with a Nixon tattoo on his back will soon get a Trump right above his five hole in appreciation of Trump's clemency. Nothing feels less democratic than a communed sentence for a convicted insider who happened to be a senior advisor

Thus is Trump's world, friends are taken care of,
global allies are shunned and Putin is praised

We can't have November come quickly enough

Thursday, July 9, 2020

Take on incompetent Trump

Trump proves again that he's not nearly as smart as he thinks he is...and even that is an understatement. In a weird tweet where he went back to the well with the entire "we test too much" thing he started it off with "for the 1/100th time" which would imply significantly less than 1 time.

Of course his bathboy sycophant will rush to his defense claiming this is a typo or a misunderstanding or pull some obscure book out where it's referred which is odd since Trump doesn't read

Anyway, he's a moron and we are lucky to have him..or so he thinks

Wednesday, July 8, 2020

Take on Betsy DeVos

Betsy DeVos is a truly horrible human and has done more damage to the public education sector in three years than all the previous education secretaries combined. As if that title wasn't enough, she doubled down hard and started to push Trump's re-election centric plan to open up all schools in September. I want my kids back in school but only if the science backs that prospect, but since DeVos doesn't believe in science, that would be a big ask

Just reading her comments, it's so obvious she's angling her entire position to defund the public education system and funnel it all into private schools

Tuesday, July 7, 2020

Take on the school decision

Trump decided he'd be better to make decisions within local districts, counties and states than elected officials in those place when he strongly suggested that all US schools would be open in September. I'm ready for my kids to go back to school, so don't have any issues with our local school going back assuming they have well thought our plans and safety precautions but the idea of Trump strong arming anybody just to be political hack is nuts

Monday, July 6, 2020

TaKe on the cropped photo

Fox News conveniently cropped Trump out of a photo of Epstein, Maxwell, Melania and Trump. It was an odd choice and Fox News because the photo, in its entirety, has been circulating for weeks and Fox News later had to apologize. But this is where we are, the presidents media mouthpiece is happy to try to whitewash the president during a giant scandal and nobody seems to care

Sunday, July 5, 2020

Take on the Mount Rushmore of hate

Trump gave a Stephen Miller written speech trying to throw gasoline on the fire that has started already. Presidents should be bringing all Americans together during trying times while Trump has spent 3.5 years trying to wedge people apart. As a strategy, it's not terrible, as he knows that his only legitimate shot is to make sure his white uneducated FOXNews obsessed base are fired up.

The Washington Post OpEd spoke to these issues but the photo they posted to accompany the story was almost as if they superimposed Trump's face upon Mount Rushmore right next to Lincoln

Disgusting

Saturday, July 4, 2020

Take on Kanye Trump’s

America might go from the worst president we ever had to a guy who would be in second place immediately. Kanye West who is shocking mess qualified that Trump, threw his hat in the ring today, vying for a position that nobody wants him to have. The guy's proven himself to be a complete imbecile 99% of the time and the other 1% he's a total quack.
But this country was dumb enough to elect Trump, so I won't completely deny that this could happened. Which would the kind of travesty which would implode our country from within

Friday, July 3, 2020

Take on the mulligan I chief

Trump, who has often criticized Obama for golfing and said he'd be too busy to do it himself has now spent the equivalent of one full year at one of his properties many of them golfing. I never cared when Obama did it although I admired and appreciated it when W stopped going it while soldiers were fighting in Afghanistan. But Trump doesn't just golf, which in itself is fine, he only does it at his own properties which is the part that never sat right. It's not just that it's the four hours of golf. If it's the incredible cost of securing the entire perimeter. If he went to Dover Air Force base to it like Obama did most of the time, it would be a small cost but since he's only interested in enriching himself and promoting his product.

Thursday, July 2, 2020

Take on the dummest Trumo

Eric Trump is often said to be the dummest Trump and today didn't do anything to prove those accusations false. He posted a photo of Chelsea Clinton's wedding we which showed Ghislaine Maxwell sitting in the audience which he captured with the phrase "Birds of a feather". What Eric failed to put together was that there are dozens of photos of Daddy Trump and Maxwell together which sort of undercuts his entire argument
But you have to judge Eric on a curve, any day he doesn't eat paint is a positive

Wednesday, July 1, 2020

Take on the America FirstLogo

America First is Trump's 2020 motto although it was what the KKK used years ago and he's topping it with some nazi looking logo. I'm not sure who the hell advices these people but how does making your entire campaign look like some white supremacy march ever going to be a good idea?
But this is what Trump is, his dad was a card carrying me ever of the KKK and Trump seems to be following in his footsteps.

Tuesday, June 30, 2020

Take on the second wave

States haven't taken the coronavirus pandemic seriously enough and Texas is front and center in this case. Whereas NY and NJ took this thing head on, places like Texas and Florida figured their warm weather and dumb citizens would be able to outrun the virus
We know that yuu can't possibly outrun it as it can take control of just about every part of a state's livelihood. In our state although the cases have virtually dwindled to nothing, I'm afraid that the second surge Is around the corner as we all get complacent when we have no leadership

Monday, June 29, 2020

Take on Trump’s defense

Trump's defense of bountygate was that he either didn't get it or it was fake. Any scenario looks terrible for him
If he never got it, it would show gross incompetence by his administration
If he did get it and didn't do anything about it, it would show gross incompetence by him

So the latest leak, which I believe this report is, is that it was presented to him which takes scenario 1 off the hook but it was presented in a written briefing which everybody knows means Trump wouldn't have read it which take Trump off the hook.

I can't believe their best defense is that Trump is too lazy to care.

Sunday, June 28, 2020

Take on Trump’s lame defense

It was only a matter of time before it was revealed just how deeply indebted Trump is to daddy Putin that should scare us to a electoral trouncing.

Today Trump tried to deflect blame by saying he wasn't briefed on the bountygate claiming it was false which is exactly what you'd expect him to say. He spent the day attacking The NY Times while saying nothing about Daddy Putin. Nobody can possibly believe that he has America's best interests at heart when he proves over and over again that he's in this thing for himself and only himself.

Time to vote America..vote for decency, vote for honesty, vote for truth and vote to bring back civility.

Saturday, June 27, 2020

Take on the new bountygate

The New Orleans Saints were practically thrown out of the NFL for their Bountygate situation but Vlad Putin gets an invite to the White House. This is what happens when you have a president who is compromised, you start to realize that every action he takes isn't in the best interest of his country but in the best interest in one of our biggest global adversaries
Trump has sold us all out for a chance to lick Putin's boot.

This has to be more than just a pee tape, right??

Friday, June 26, 2020

Take on toddler Trump

Four months ago Trump told us that the 15 people with Covid and what number would just disappear, nobody could have projected what the last four months would have looked like but everybody with half a brain knew it would look nothing like what he claimed

Trump makes thing up, we know this about him but any other politician would be crucified for it but somehow he skates. Nobody cares, nobody makes a noise, nobody does anything. We just accept that our president has an adverse relationship with facts and doesn't believe in a black and white line between the truth and dishonesty
He's an baby stuffed in a adult body but luckily for everybody he still wears diapers

Thursday, June 25, 2020

Take on the huge ass express

Trump went on Hannity today and the entire thing is taped in front of an audience who are sitting six feet apart and wearing masks. The only two people not wearing mask are Trump and Hannity. It's facilitating to see the president of the free world refuse to do what his citizens are asked to do every day.

But what is better is this scene of Trump ripping on John Bolton and when they go to the wide angle shot it looks like Trump grew a second ass. I can't describe it but his ass is so large now that it looks like he's hiding a purse on his chair like some ladies do when they go to eat but in his case it's more likely to be a sack on murder burgers.
He's just getting fatter every time you see him.

Wednesday, June 24, 2020

Take on gross negligence

The tides have certainly turned over the last few months, hotspots like New York and New Jersey have seen infection rates plummet while places like Florida have seen this once gleaming state numbers plummet. This is the point where a Florida gets one of its own medicine with a threat from the northeast governors that People traveling from Florida would need to quarantine for 14 days.
The sad thing is that our president never lead on the thing leaving it the incompetent Mike Pence who flubbed this thing like he was a jelly donut on a slip and slide.

Tuesday, June 23, 2020

Take on Trump’s idiotic

Trump's live comedy show was on display again today with him going back to age old reliable acts including calling the cause of pandemic The Wuhan Virus, Kung Flu and then musing over why it's called Covid 19 and not Covid 20 or 18
As if it's not enough that he's a racist pig but the fact that he doesn't understand the 19 stands for the year it was discovered is beyond me. This is why Trump is so dangerous, he embraces stupidity and his followers are happy to be anti science and anti intellectual

Monday, June 22, 2020

Take on Phase 2

It was certainly a difficult three months but as NYC stepped into Phase2 of reopening, we are all trying to navigate what normal is. NYC's transmission rate is incredibly low, mostly because we know how easily this thing is to transmit and because most people here wear masks
We're not sure how long it will take but this city needs tourists, restaurants, Broadway and all the rest of it, so opening up is a total necessity. We just have to stay vigilant and not move so quickly that we throw all the hard work away

But we will likely screw it up as we have all started to bring our guard down but I just 10 deaths is amazing considering we were peaking at 800+

Sadly a lot of the country didn't heed the warnings and are likely in for some real distress

Take on the Walk of Shame

Trump came back from his underwhelming rally in Tulsa yesterday and looked fat, hungover and horny.  He walked off Marine One looking utterly deflated while looking completely inflated.   Rumor is it that he screamed at his aides as he saw the arena that Nickleback sells out in minutes, about 2/3 empty.

The funny thing is the Tik-Tok and K-Pop thing actually plays in his favor, his campaign would be better off saying Antifa hacked them and kept Trump loyalists from coming out since the truth that the 6200 people who came out was literally the entire amount of people interested in getting mass covid

I'm sure Melania had her lights turned off and her door locked by the time this dirty hornball walked in

Sent from my iPhone

Saturday, June 20, 2020

Take on Trump in Tulsa

The Tulsa rally turned out to be a dud mostly because the million people who were coming all forgot to come. It happens, sometimes you double book yourself for both a lunch at Chili's and a chance to see the president. It's a hard choice but you love the wings, so you pass up to see 45 and instead dig in to the wingers and order an extra large diet coke

The good news is that we were all afraid that there would be a gigantic spike in COVID cases stemming from this rally but since there was nobody there, we won't be worried

Friday, June 19, 2020

Take on Trump’s view on protesters

Trump threatened anarchists, agitators, looted and lowlifes if they dare come to his rally and state any kind of event with some kind of intimidating threat of force. What was odd was that he looped protesters in with that group of what was otherwise a pretty deplorable group.

We realize that Trump probably never took Civics but protesting is a fundamental right for all US citizens and is protected by the first amendment but somehow Trump finds them too annoying and difficult that he'd rather trample on their rights than allow they to chat "hell no we wont't go, Donald Trump walks really slow"

Thursday, June 18, 2020

Take on Matt Gaet’s surpris son

Matt Gaetz tried to get ahead of a Jerry Falwell jr situation and same to with a completely unbelievable story of adoption a 14 year old Cuban kid by a 27 year old thrice caught DWI drunk who has his own daddy issues. We figure it's only a matter of time when it's revealed that this relationship is less fatherly than a standard father son relationship and that this poor kid is just a political prop

But I guess good for old Matt, his son must be proud of his old man's staunch support of everything that sucks

Wednesday, June 17, 2020

Take on John Bolton’s book

John Bolton could have been an American hero but instead of testifying during the impeachment hearings, he waited for his his big payday which has come in the form of his tell all book. I've never liked Bolton, mainly because he's a war criminal but almost equally because of that Ned Flanders mustache.
He went after Trump pretty hard though which feels a little late but hopefully will stunt any momentum Trump has going into the elections. Obviously the concentration camps will ge the most press but the crux of this story is still to be told. It's the systematic desire of this administration to break the molds of what has come before almost all of it the detriment of our country and as an attack on basic humanity.
We know Trump will likely win again because with the full weight of the office behind him, there is likely nothing he won't do to retain power so we just need patriots to step out and defend this country against the tyranny we face.

Tuesday, June 16, 2020

Take on the electric boogaloo

As a kid the crazy right wing nuts were Klansmen or Neo-Nazis but since so last checked they added a new group of nutcases and they are calling themselves Boogaloo

I have to say that this is one of the least bad ass sounding names you could come up with. It's like they just opened the dictionary and pointed to a word.

Good luck in guys quest to be the new #1 persona non grata. You beat our some fierce competition

Monday, June 15, 2020

Take on the no testing defense

Trump's latest defense against Covid is to stop testing because nobody can be positive if there is no test to show they are. We realize Donny was just trying to make the case that more testing will lead to finding more cases immediately but with everything going on he just sounds like a moron

If you don't test for pregnancy, teenage pregnancy numbers will be super low for about 9 months, then they won't be so low anymore

Anyway, keep testing, keep contact tracing, keep voting and donating to anybody who has a brain stands against Trump

Sunday, June 14, 2020

Rake on old Trump

Trump turned 74 today and it was rather conspicuous that Melania spent time to wish the US army forces a happy birthday but forgot to mention the birthday of the love of her life. We know she absolutely not into Trump physically and we can't imagine she has any real interest emotionally but when it comes to showing any public display of affection she freezes

Anyway, he is a year older and this means nothing because he's not any wiser.

Saturday, June 13, 2020

Take on the shaky water cup

Trump needed two hands to bring a glass of water to his mouth and could have used four feet to walk down a small ramp during his commencement speech at West Point. Of course nobody on the right thinks this is troubling even as they continue to question Hillary's health during the 2016 campaign. Biden isn't the sharpest tool in the shed but he's way ahead -physically and mentally- of where Trump has descended to.
We need this guy out, time for a change.

Friday, June 12, 2020

Take on the new prenup

Melania came to DC to join her husband only after she forced him to redo her pre-nup. We know that she has no interest in spending any quality time Donald and has often found ways to stay out of the spotlight for days on end but her first half a year was particulate striking. Rumors were flying all over that she was banging the snot out of a some store manager in Trump Tower who was making sure her needs were met. When she finally got to DC she made sure to get her own bedroom so as to never have to lie down next to captain crunch Now she's stuck back with Trump but the chances of it lasting past November are very unlikely

Thursday, June 11, 2020

Take on the RNC convention move

The Republican National Convention will move from North Carolina to the land of Lynyrd Skynyrd. We can't say we're surprised by it because, well, it works well with Trump's Demographic of non educated white men who love to hate on self idolizing, suit wearing, faux rich metropolitans.
But this is where we are, no major city would have a trump so he went to the one that best describes his voter rolls...and in normal times would hate everything he stands for

Wednesday, June 10, 2020

Take on Trump’s latest tweet

Trump tweeted out a conspiracy theory about the senior citizen knocked out by police last week in Buffalo and like usual it was a mess for others to clean up. Enter Kayleigh Ann who was the one at the podium to defend this and when pressed as to why the president would tweet this, she pivoted to the president merely "asking questions"6which is his way of letting his constituents realize that he's signaling his beliefs to his people

Tuesday, June 9, 2020

Take on Trump’s defense of the Buffalo cops

Trump is losing it and the decline seems to be speeding up. He accused the 75 year old guy who was shoved by Buffalo police and cracking open his head for being a Antifa provocateur. Not only is a this unsubstantiated but it's a dangerous precedent. Basically it justifies police brutality which would be awful from some random twitter user, heinous for a race baiter like @TuckerCarlson but is despicable for the commander in chief.

Monday, June 8, 2020

Take on Trump’s recession

It was a matter of time but Trump's economy has officially hit recession. People will blame it on COVID but with I'm the 128 month economic boom ending in February it tells you that the economy was on some fragile footing. Obviously we shut the economy down but that didn't happened until mid March, so the fact we hit a recession the month before that, is telling.
So we are going to wait till we wake up but going to see anybody other than Trump up there Leading our country sounds like a total dream

Sunday, June 7, 2020

Take on Trump’s race speech

Reports came out today that the White House was considering a Trump speech to the nation on race and unity which is absurd in every respect. He can tweet all he wants about having done more for African Americans than any other president but that doesn't make it remotely true
The people who support this narrative are the same ones who will tell you Obama was terrible for race relations which they justify only because they don't think the white man got enough of a say.
But this speech will be one of those cringeworthy Stephen Miller specials which will bot heal a broken country but likely will dig the knife in deeper

Saturday, June 6, 2020

Take on the growing list of anti trump Republicans

The most amazing thing about Trump is that he has single handedly rebuilt the reputation of W Bush. Maybe it's because W has stayed out of the spotlight, maybe it's purely a comparison to what awful really can be or maybe he's just kind of grown on us like that weird beard your coworker has been growing but when Bush came out to say he won't support Trump today I was proud of him. He was an awful president in many ways but he does have a heart and does want the best for this country, two things you could never say for Trump
So the list of anti Trump republicans keeps on growing and we just need to get through the next 150 days without the country imploding

Friday, June 5, 2020

Take on the job report

The May job report came out and and it was shockingly less shitty than expected. Granted it's still like 8% higher than when Trump took office but it did come down off of last months highs. I always root for good job numbers, no matter which President so was hoot to see the economy maybe coming back. Sadly the Washington Post reporter that the job numbers were inflated and that the unemployment numbers are likely much higher And closer to 20% bases mainly on the fact that there seems to not really be an accurate category for furloughed.
Anyway, there are millions out of work and as the economy opens up we will likely find ourselves in a deep recession. So the chances of these job numbers really improving in the next few months is slim and as companies lay people off once their PPP money runs out, we will see the real effects of the economy.

Thursday, June 4, 2020

Take on the White House new fencing perimeter

Trump couldn't get his Mexican wall built so has no decided to barricade himself into the White House while the country burns. Trump has found himself in the bunker over the last few days and is apparently asking the army corpse of engineers to build him a moat filled with crocodiles as he believes that is what would keep the Mexicans out. Of course he's never had an issue employing them at his golf courses but this is different because he wants to sound tough while hiding deep inside the White House basement yelling insults.

The only question is who paid for this White House wall. .

Wednesday, June 3, 2020

Take on the sleeveless dress at church

Trump needed a photo-op to keep it the believe going that he's some kind of Christian. We've spoken often about the biggest joke of this administration is that they have convinced the religious right that somehow there is morality in the most amoral human that has walked this fine earth

Melania and Trump showed up at Church and looked like the kind of couple that were being forced to get married by her dad because he knocked her up. No joy, no love, no compassion nothing
Just two soulless beings standing in front of an alter that neither understands

But the bigger thing to me is she showed up sleeveless, just imagine if Michelle had shown up like that and the uproar it would have caused. The hypocrisy is huge with these religious nuts

Tuesday, June 2, 2020

Take on the safest DC

Trump made an odd statement about Washington DC being the safest place yesterday which is an odd statement unless you are..Trump. Yeah, for him it was totally safe as protesters were teargassed right in front of him, so he could walk like some kind of tyrannical Moses with poor kids lying around him. When they got the NAVY SEALs protecting the Lincoln's memorial in full military garb, you can't possibly think this is going well.

Monday, June 1, 2020

Take on religious Trump

Trump teargassed a peaceful protest so he can have one of his poorly enacted photo ops. Obviously he's a lame dude holding the most important position in the world but the idea that the religious right believe a thing out of this twice divorced, cursing grandstanding, amoral l, vile human is beyond me. I sort of see the pro business idea behind Trump although he doesn't ever seem to do anything to really help American business but the person who goes to church on Sunday seeing this man treat the good book so callously and it mean nothing to them is beyond me.
