I love a good pizza, whether it's NY style, deep dish, Elios or brick oven but I will never understand why somebody would put a salad on the top of a pizza. I'm not sure what the point is but an uncooked arugula is so unappealing to me when I'm eating pizza and screams trying way too hard. My only rule with pizza is that everything on it must be cooled.
