Fighter jets are falling out of the sky, great institutions are cutting their research budgets, Americans are about to pay a whole lot more for diapers and formula but Donald Duck is focusing on getting Rudy Guiliani's fat kid a job. I don't know anything about this pudgy fucker but I will say the fact he gets any attention during this time tells you he's just a large mass being used as a human shield.
