Mike Bloomberg tried to save a few bucks by hiring a bunch of cons to make calls on his behalf and when he got caught he immediately went into apology mode. It's obviously makes for some weird optics but he'd do a lot better embracing it and saying that he wants to give people a chance to rehabilitate themselves...either that or next time splurge on a call center of ex-cons since that's honestly all you could ever expect to get at a place like that.
