Take on the free press.

There will be US history classes in thirty years debating how the hell our country allowed Trump to get away with the stuff he does. He suggested today that people drop AT&T to put pressure on CNN to give him more favorable press, and nobody bats an eye. A free press keeps an administration in check but this is the last thing Trump wants as he knows instinctively that the more they dig, the more they find and the more they find, the unglued the picture becomes. Of course there was some outrage and a few commentators had comments but the people who would have the power to do something about it, did what they always do...sit on their hands
